Amazing Dragon tiger piece from last week. My client is a kung fu practitioner as well as a rei ki and chi-gong healer and coach. I am learning so much about the legends and mythology associated with these awesome creatures through this piece!
Early in my career I was mostly known for Asian style tattoos- koi fish, lotus flowers, dragons, fu dogs, and such.
Whenever I get a request for a traditiobnal or semi or neo traditional piece, I will usually review their and then share with them my references on the style, and then show them some neo traditional version as well s my own illustrative style. This time my client went with the illustrative style, but I leaned towards the traditional to honor her influences. Can’t wait to see this grow!! Enjoy!!
